Viewing Notes:

"The Kőnigsee – Scenes are shot from aboard a boat on the Kőnigsee and on land near Berchtesgaden. The shots on the Kőnigsee include mountain ranges in the Bavarian Alps, the lake, fellow passengers, St Bartholomew’s Church [St Bartholomä] and other craft on the lake. The scenes on land near Berchtesgaden comprise the landscape in the Bavarian Alps and activities of people by the lake. The shots include three men fishing; people on footpaths near the lake; a woman poses for the camera. The film notably includes shots of men in uniform. Wűrtzburg [Wűrzburg] – Shots include pans of the city walls from outside the city with Fortress Marienberg in distance; the exterior of the Palace of the Prince Bishops [Wűrzburger Residenz; Wűrzburg Residence] from Residenz Square; Old Bridge [Alte Mainbrücke] and city skyline including the spire of the Marienkapelle and tower Wűrzburg City Hall from the opposite river bank; street scenes within Wűrzburg including children and clerics leaving an unidentified church (possibly the Stift Haug Kirche), market scenes outside the Marienkapelle; activities along the river including women washing laundry and a punt ferrying people across the river; gardens of the Palace of Prince Bishops; memorial to Germans killed during WW1. The street scenes are rich in architectural detail" (EAFA Database).
