Biographical Notes:
"Dr. Michalsky, composer and a founding faculty member of the music department at California State University, Fullerton. He was born on July 13, 1928, studied at the University of Southern California, and was a student of Ingolf Dahl. He was the recipient of the BMI and ASCAP Composer's Award for several years. He died in a fire on January 1, 1976." OAC.
